Aghada 8-6, Shamrocks 4-7 A mighty effort from the 16s came up short on Wednesday evening on Bishopstowns 4G pitch. The concession of 8 goals didnt help matters; the lads put in a huge shift but found that too much to overcome.

U16 HC V Mayfield – 11/11

Mayfield 2-14, Shamrocks 1-9 Shamrocks were knocked out of the first round of the U16 hurling championship on Saturday morning in Mayfield. They led by 1-6 to 1-5 at HT but Mayfield took over in the second half to win by 7 points in the end
