Ballinora 3-5, Ó Murchús 1-5
The U17 footballers of Ó Murchús were beaten 3-5 to 1-5 in the D1 Shield Final in Waterfall on a damp Saturday afternoon.
It was 0-3 to 0-2 in favour of Ballinora at HT in a low scoring game. Ó Murchús then conceded two soft silly goals in the space of a minute nine minutes into the second half. In such a low scoring enviornment, this was the kilelr blow. Ó Murchús could not reduce the gap thereafter.

This group have produced some great moments throughout the year and great credit is due to them, their coaches and parents for a huge effort all year long!! We thank them for such.
