U13 FL V Courcey Rovers – 18/6
Courcey Rovers V Shamrocks Well done to the U13s who travelled to Ballinspittle on Saturday morning and came away with the points. This was their second trip there this year and teh fact that they reversed the result shows the improvement in them over the past month or so. They play Aghabullogue this coming week.

Blarney 3-15, Diarmuid Ó Murchús 2-10 Hard luck to the Ó Murchús footballers who were beaten in the U18 FL in Camden on Monday night, it was a much improved performance and well done to the players and the mentors. They play Courcey Rovers next Sunday
DOMs U18 FC V Mayfield – 28/7
Mayfield 7-12, DÓMs 1-9 Ó Murchús fell behind early on verses a very strong Mayfield team and just couldnt get back into it, despite never giving up. The lads tried hard all through but were beaten by a better team on the day.

Ballinhassig 2-15, Diarmuid Ó Murchús 3-10 A brave second half comeback came up just short for the footballers of Diarmuid Ó Murhcús in the U18 league. Bishopstown GAA hosted the latest U8 Football blitz this morning. Shamrocks entered one team and had 11 players togged out. This blitz was hosted by Ballinhassig club. We were tight on numbers due to holidays etc. We played Kinsale, Valley Rivers and Ballycastle Gaels (Ballyhooley). We hurled well in all games.
