Shamrocks 5-5, Kilmacabea 0-2
Shamrocks made the long trip to Leap to play Kilmacabea on Saturday afternoon. They came away with the convincing win.
Originally a home game, with the Shanbally pitch closed, Shamrocks had to travel.
With a very young team indeed with most of the players at U12, they produced a great display to win convincingly by 5-4 to 0-2.
Well done to all on travelling all the way to West Cork and starting off the season on a winning note. Thanks to the coaches Darragh, Hugh and Derek who took the team, also to the parents who drove the team, including Lisa who sent on a few photos
