A very successful Bingo Night was held in the FBI on Friday evening, Oct 11th.
It was standing room only on a very busy and successful night for the club. All monies raised goes towards the National Schools Coaching Programme for 2024/2025 which the club run in conjunction with the Primary Schools.
Our underage Chairperson Lisa Sisk put in a huge effort behind the scenes organising and making sure everything ran smoothly on the night, as well as the sought after raffle ticket sale, ably assisted by her son Aaron, captain of the recent U12 footballers who got to stay up a little after his bedtime on this occasion (it was for a good cause though!)
Nicola O’Sullivan acted as Bingo Master and kept everyone entertained with her amusing descriptions as the numbers were flying out.
Big thanks also to our sponsors and donators to our raffle spot prizes and overall prizes, to our players for supporting and to the staff of the FBI who put on a great show for everyone.
It was a brilliant, well supported night! All the monies raised will go towards the young people of the parish in their Gaelic Games endeavours!
