Tracton 1-16, Shamrocks 2-11
A decimated Shamrocks team due to holidays and injuries travelled with 13 players to Minane Bridge this evening and had to play the full Tracton 15 for the entire match.
Each Shamrock player ran their hearts out for the entirety of the game. Trailing 0-7 to 0-6 at halftime they entered the 2nd half full of confidence.
Tracton upped the intensity and pulled into an 8 point lead. Never letting their heads drop Shamrocks scored 1-4 without reply. However it was not to be at the end with Tracton winning by 2 points.
This really was a huge effort from the players on duty. Certainly, the future is bright given this performance on Monday night. The players were outstanding
