Well done to our Under 11s this morning in Ballygarvan.
Because so many were missing, all eleven players had to play all 3 matches in the heat against the other clubs who had way more players, could rotate when they wanted and teh Shamrocks players clearly ran out of steam especially in the second and third games. But they tried their heart out.
They lost to Ballygarvan and Crosshaven and drew with Passage. They are an extremely young team with all bar one (yes ONE) underage again neext year and the experience will stand to them no doubt.
Our thanks to all who took part and to coaches Colm, Colin, David and Darragh for running the team. Also a shout out to the parents for their great support on the bank on a beautiful morning.
