This was a good win for the Junior Hurlers in the League on Thursday evening in Minane Bridge.
Shamrocks led 0-9 to 1-5 at HT and a great defensive effort in the second half ensured they collected the 2 league points.
Young Kieran Maye in the breaks stood out as did Fionn Herlihy who was outstanding at centre back. Cillian Hayes 3 points from centre field.
It was a good team effort with excellent work rate throughout the team and the managmnet took great encouragement from the game.
