Our annual Poc Fada took place on St Stephens Day over a new route from the Graveyard to Gearys Cross Currabinny.
This proved to be popular choice by a lot of players but some did find it a bit frustrating. A large crowd was present and we were blessed with the weather. Special thanks must go to the organisers and the volunteers who set up the route early in the morning. Thanks to all the stewards who manned the route and to all the players both young and old who participated.
Special thanks to Peter Kingston and his staff at the Shamrock Bar who provided the refreshments afterwards.
