DÓMs U17 HL V Kilbrittain – 12/7

Ó Murchús 4-15, Kilbrittain 1-12

Good win for Diarmuid Ó Murchús U17 hurlers verses Kilbrittain in Shanbally on Wednesday evening.

They were behind early on but a goal on 12 minutes leveled things up somewhat, the first half was tight with the backs in particular doing well.
The second half was a different affair with DÓMs playing into the dressing room ends. A burst of scoring from the 13th minute of the second half to the end enabled Ó Murchús to push on and win out by an impressive 4-15 to 1-12 in the end.
Ó Murchús have now qualified for the (West) final against Clonakilty which will be played soon, date and venue to follow
