The Shamrock Bar was packed on Friday evening for our Table Quiz in aid of our National Schools Coaching Programme. The club were thrilled with the big turnout and the money raised will go towards the cost of the resumed programme. Anthony, our coach, started in the schools yesterday and things got off to a flyer. Everyone was delighted to get back outdoors with him.
Thanks to everyone in the big who took part in the quiz, to our compere on the night Louise O’Sullivan, to Eoin White and his staff of the Shamrocks Bar, to John Twomey (Socket) who was the main organiser, to Dee Twomey and her team for the correcting and the raffle and all the people who contributed spot prizes.
