Well done to all on a brave performance from the young Shamrocks under 13 hurlers who salvaged a draw at home against a good Aghabullogue team on Saturday morning. It was a great game of hurling at the Track with Aghabullogue leading all the way until the very last minute when Shamrocks equalised with a point from play to leave it level on a scoreline of 5-12 to 5-12. Credit to the Shamrocks lads for never giving up!!

The Academy finished up on Friday night. Unfortunately, the rain played spoilsport as it started to rain heavily from about 5.45pm onwards and the decision was taken shortly after 6pm that it was just too wet to go out, eventhough we had a bunch of lads ready for action. The U10 match which was supposed to go ahead at the same time was also postponed - that will be played next weekend. ![]()
Despite the disruption with Covid, lockdowns, weather and so on, we had a successful year. This is due to the extreme dedication of our players, parents, grandparents, sponsors, administration, coaches and anyone else that is left off this list. We hope everyone enjoys the summer months and we will hope to see many of the same faces for Club Chiaráin which starts on Monday July 4th at 10am.![]()
Remember all our age groups will continue to take part in the blitzes - info will be posted throughout the summer via the communication channels used by the managements. ![]()
We hope to return on Friday September 9th at the pitch. Details closer to the time.![]()
