Return to Play Guidelines April 2021.

RETURN TO PLAY- INFORMATION FOR ALL MEMBERS OF SHAMROCKS GAA

Managers, Coaches, Supervisors, Covid officers, Players/Guardians, Academy etc.

ADULT MALE, UNERAGE AND LADIES FOOTBALL

1. HEALTH AND SAFETY:

(a) Supervised Reverse-Parking allowed on the Gravel behind the fence at the lower end of Main Pitch.

(b) Overflow Parking to be located at the roadside fence at the bottom of the lower training field.

(c) Parents are advised to ‘Drop and Go’ their children carefully, and not congregate.

(d) Covid Supervisors and Coaching Staff to wear recognisable Bibs.

2. COVID 19:

(i) Initial Health Questionaires are best completed Online. This is done on the new Foireann .ie website for GAA. We recommend everyone to sign up to a Foireann account (a few easy steps) and manage their Health Questionnaire from there. This will make life easier for the Covid Supervisors for each team. Personal information will not appear to the Supervisors, only the fact that the Questionnaire is completed.

(ii) Health Declaration Forms to be completed by the Covid Supervisor for individual Training sessions and Matches. Forms to be placed in the filing cabinet in the Referee’s Room on the day. For away games, the Forms should be filed at the next home gathering.

(iii) All relevant Covid 19 Return to Play Guidelines and preventative measures to be adopted, i.e. Social Distancing, Pods of 15, Isolation Room and use of the Sanitiser Stands for all activities.

3. USE OF PITCHES AND ESPECIALLY MAIN PITCH

Managers and Coaches, please note;

(a) All Training and fitness exercises to be completed on the No.2 Pitch behind the Clubhouse, and the lower field area if numbers require it.

(b) The Main Pitch to be used only for target practice. Please rotate between Top Goal and Bottom Goal to avoid wear and tear.

BEST OF LUCK EVERYONE! ENJOY AND STAY SAFE.
