Ó Murchús 2-19, St Nicks 2-7
This was the lads first game in the league post lockdown and it was a great win. It was played in Crosshaven and they found themsleves down by 2 goals after 15 minutes to a big physical tea, from Nicks. However, they regained a bot of composure up until HT and trailed by 5 at the break.
The second half saw Ó Murchús turn to play with a slight breeze and the lads upped their game considerably. They took over totally and outscored Nicks by 2-14 to0-3 in that half in an impressive display. All players from both clubs (6 from Shamrocks) got plenty of gametime and there was anice spread of scores. They ply Kinsale in 2 weeks time but for now, well done to all involved, job done.
