Well done to all the first & second class boys & girls of Scoil Barra Naofa (Monkstown NS), Shanbally NS and Ringaskiddy Lower Harbour NS who took part in our annual Primary Schools Blitz in Shanbally on Wednesday morning. They all had plenty of fun on the day. Many thanks to the principals and teachers of the schools, to the parents who came out to support; to our schools coach Anthony Shannon who was also on hand; to John Twomey (Shanbally) who organised the kitchen and made sure there was plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits for everyone and to John Jordan (and Jason Browne) for his trojan work behind the scene setting up the pitch.
