Whitescross 1-7, Shamrocks 1-5
Shamrocks just lost out to Whitescross in the league final in Mayfield on Sunday morning. A very strong wind blew right down the pitch making it a game of 2 halves. The first half belonged to Whitescross and they led 1-6 to 1-0 at HT. Shamrocks got a great start to the second half when they scored 3 quick points to reduce the deficit. But they could get the all important points or a goal to move ahead and Whitescross held on. Thanks to the players and management for a great year overall.
