Shamrocks 7-5, Crosshaven 2-5
Shamrocks got the better of Crosshaven in the hurling league on a beautiful Monday evening to remain unbeaten in the competition. They scored a couple opf early goals to put themselves in control of the game and went in at half time ahead by 5-2 to 1-1.
Crosshaven made more of a game of it in the second half and scored a further 1-1 but Shamrocks were in control on the scoreboard. Well done to all the 16 players used who made valuable contributions to the win. Hurling continues for a few weeks yet.
