Shamrocks 6-12, Kiltha Óg 2-4
Shamrocks had a comfortable win over Kiltha Óg on Tuesday evening in Castlemartyr. After losing their first league game of the year, the lads have responded well to the mentors of Tim Hayes, John Twomey aND Jed O’Flaherty’s help and have won 3 matches in a row. There is great team spirit being shown throughout the team and while numbers are reasonably tight, they are now top of the table. Thanks to the players and parents for their enthusiasm so far. This was their last game before the break for exams and we’ll take this opportunity to wish any players doing their Junior Cert the best of luck. Its hoped to keep ticking over by doing one session a week going forward.
