Shamrocks travelled to Kinsales second pitch on Tuesday night. The night was dark and murky and the game finished in near darkness. Kinsale were preparing for a B grade semi final and Shamrocks were up against a good, strong, physical team. This was good preparation for our lads going forward. Shamrocks must have night goggles on towards the end of the game as they finished the stronger to force a draw, 4-2 to 2-8, Eoin O’Flynn with the four Shamrocks goals. This was their last football game of the season and the team have definately improved as the year has gone on.
