Day 2 of Club Ciaran went off very well with all participants very enthusiastic. Fortunately the early morning rain cleared and we had another perfect day. There will be rising temperatures for the remainder of the week.
We were very pleased to greet our very popular Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Sean O’Sullivan when he paid us a visit today. Fr. Sean is essentially a football man having starred in many games with his home town, Bantry. He was most impressed with this year’s programme and very complimentary of the Coaches who were taking their tasks so seriously. He arrived in time for the mid morning break and was well looked after in the busy kitchen by Deirdre and her helpers.
