Shamrocks travelled to Cloughduv this morning for an U8 hurling Blitz, trhe final one of the year. They had 13 players togged out and fielded 2 team for the forst time this year. Both teams keenly contested a total of 6 games against various opponents and held their own in all games. Most have at least another year at this age group, some even have 3 more years!
Pa Cronin, the Cork Senior Hurling Captain met with all the teams and stood for photos etc. A great experience for the lads. All players got medals at the end.
