Shamrocks played Crosshaven on Monday night in a hurling challenge. Both teams were short due to injuries but it served both teams well in their preperation for their upcoming championship matches – in particular Shamrocks who are playing Thursday night. Crosshaven won by 2 goals but the Shamrocks management of Pa Andrews and Colin O’Sullivan were happy with the game and committment of the players. They will surely improve for the outing – their first in a while. Our thanks to Pat O’Neill who refereed the game and to Crosshaven who travelled down to fulfill the fixture.
