Shamrocks Ladies Football Club held their third successive Multisports Camp on Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th of September. The Camp provided the children with a great mix of sports which included: Hurling stations, Gaelic Football stations, Olympic Handball, Rounders & an Obstacle Course The camp was attended by almost 100 boys & girls and all the children thoroughly enjoyed the variety of sports offered over the weekend. All the children also enjoyes the party & Disco that followed in the clubhouse.The primary aim of the Multisports camp is that all the children have great fun & that the parents realise that Gaelic Games can have a focal place in all of their lives.
As is the case with all Voluntary Organisations, the running of the Multisports Camp would not of been possible without the fantastic help of all the coaches who helped out on both Saturday & Sunday. Massive thanks also to those who helped out with the Registration & in the kitchen ALL weekend. Your help was really appreciated. Finally, we hope to see all the boys/girls back on Sat 5th of October for the beginning of the Academy.
