Shamrocks played in the under 10 Monster Football Blitz in Ballinhassig on Saturday morning last.
The games were 9-a-side and Shamrocks had 10 players available for duty. They beat Tracton and Crosshaven while they drew with Sliabh Rua.
Mentors Seamus O’Flynn and John Jordan were very happy with the lads and all players got plenty of game time. They will be organising training sessions soon to help the lads hone their basic skills further.
Thanks to the all the parents and supporters who were very encouraging and got right behind the team.
