Shamrocks 1-8, Tracton 1-6
Shamrocks had a 2 point win over Tracton in Shanbally in the league on Wednesday night.
Tracton played with the wind advantage in the first half and led 1-4 to 0-6 at halftime. Shamrocks kicked some good scores in that half, Cannice Caffrey and Philip Brady among the scorers. They turned to play with the breeze with confidence high that thay would win the game.
Shamrocks dominated the second half and Seanán Collins early goal set up the win. Michael Prout also scored a great point in that half.
Shamrocks play Courcey Rovers on Monday night in Ballinspittle, throw in is at 7.15pm.
