U8 Hurling

Shamrocks were scheduled to play Passage on Friday night in Shanbally but unfortunately, due to circumstances outside our control,  the game didnt take place.

It was disappointing for all the players, parents and mentors who turned up. However, with 24 Shamrocks players ready and willing, the mentors Seamus O’Flynn, Anthony Meighan and Tim Hayes put the lads through a training session and they had a very good 12 verses 12 game amongst themselves. Lets hope that this kind of turnout keeps going as it certainly the biggest we’ve had in a long time at that level.

Our thanks to all the players, all the parents who are supporting us and to the 3 lads for their effort on the night.
