Shamrocks 0-6, Western Gaels 2-10
Shamrocks had 14 players togged out for this game against the visitors from Inchageelagh and Kilmichael; all gave a good spirited performance and put in a much better effort than last week. Unfortunately we gave away 2 goals in the first half which put the scoreline beyond our reach. Much more to do but the mentors were encouraged by the renewed efforts. Roy Twomey and Tony O’Mahony were the Shamrocks players to make an impression on the scoreboard.
