Shamrocks travelled to Crosshaven on Sunday morning to play the home side in an under 9 match and both teams came away happy after a very competitive hours play.
Once again the aim of the game at this age group was to provide as much exposure to the live game of Gaelic Football and some of our lads proved themselves to be well up to the mark. All the training in the world will not compensate for games.
Our thanks to Crosshaven for inviting us down and we hope they will return the favour sometime soon, possibly next season.
