With Shamrocks withdrawing from the hurling league due to lack of hurlers, the management have decided to give the interested players as many games as possible.
So Shamrocks travelled to Grenagh on Monday with 9 available players and played the home side in three 20 minute periods. The lads have not been exposed to enough games over the last few years and this was a satisfactory evenings work.
Players who took part were Daniel O’Mahony, Cathal Murphy, James Lynam, Evan Seymour, Joseph O’Keeffe, Cillian Hayes, Dylan O’Flaherty, Shane Flavin, Ruairí Meighan.
