Shamrocks 0-1, Ballinora 6-2
Shamrocks under 12 finally got their season off to a start with the visit of Ballinora to Shanbally on Tuesday night last. The visitors went away with the win on the night. This was Shamrocks first hurling get together of the year and its hoped that they can improve on this performance. It certainly will be a busy one for players, mentors and parents as they are down to play hurling and football games every Wednesday night up until July. Players on duty: Shane Flavin, James Lynam, Cathal Murphy, Evan Seymour, Joseph O Keeffe, Ruari Mehigan, Shane Downey, Cillian Hayes, Daniel O Mahony, Dylan O Flaherty, Luke O Driscoll, Sam Geary, Christopher Sisk, Adam Jones and Sean Browne.
