Ballinhassig 1-17, Shamrocks 0-9.
Shamrocks had to get themselves over the football preperation and make the trip to Ballinhassig on Tuesday night last for hurling league game. Shamrocks were short a number of regulars for this encounter through various reasons and eventually had to give way to a very strong Ballinhassig XV. The players on duty gave their all for the jersey and the management were been very happy with the comittment shown. Some of our more promising younger players made their first competitive start at Junior level and aqquitted themselves well. There is way more to come out of them.
