Lisgoold 5-7, Shamrocks 0-12
Shamrocks minor footballers went down by 9 points in the end to Lisgoold (in Lisgoold) in their second game of the season but the scoreline does not do them justice. They were severly depleted today, mostly through injury and the lads on duty put up a most courageous performance. Alex O’Sullivan, an under 15 player, scored 4 points from play and is going well this year.
